New Counselor in Training Program
(16 and 17-year-olds)
(16 and 17-year-olds)
At PACC Summer Fun, we believe leadership has no age limit. Our Counselor in Training (CIT) Program invites teens ages 16 and 17 to step up, give back, and become the mentors they looked up to.
This program is a journey in empowerment. CITs learn by doing—coaching a game of soccer with The Handalas, assisting with a science experiment for The Sunbirds, or helping a young Poppy with an art project. Along the way, they participate in leadership workshops, learning the values of responsibility, empathy, and civic engagement that are at the core of our HOPE curriculum.
It’s more than volunteer hours. It’s a chance to invest in your community, discover your strengths, and inspire the next generation.
