Storytime

Our goal through our Dabka program is to connect our participants with their Palestinian heritage, provide them with a sense of community and hone in their dabka dance skills. We have various programs of different levels for everyone ages 2 and up.
Our goal through our Arabic Programs is to inspire a love and appreciation for the Arabic language while teaching our participants how to read, write and speak Arabic. We have various programs for all ages 3 and up.
Our goal of this program is to introduce simple Palestinian recipes to children in our community while allowing them to experience what it is like cooking in our new kitchen. We are giving our registrants the opportunity to reclaim their culture while also learning how to cook.
If your child is too young to learn about what's happening in Palestine but you would still like to introduce them to the Palestinian heritage and culture, then this program is perfect for you! Through reading children’s books about Palestine in Arabic & doing exciting arts & craft activities that relate to the story, your child can become familiar with Palestine while still having a great time!

Homework Help

The class is co-hosted by the Adalah Justice program. This class is meant for adults 18 and up.

Conversation Classes

We offer both English and Arabic Conversation classes for our community to benefit from. Our goal in these conversation classes is to boost the confidence of our participants so that they feel comfortable speaking in languages they are not as familiar with while in public spaces.
Picture

Computer Class

Our new computer classes will introduce the fundamentals of computers and technology to students while helping them navigate the Internet and its applications. Students will learn how to use Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and other Internet applications while enrolled in this course.

Citizenship

If you are planning on taking your US Citizenship Exam and need assistance preparing for it, then our Citizenship Class will help you. We provide Citizenship students with resources to study from, practice exams that they can take to prepare, applications in both English & Arabic, and most importantly, guidance throughout the entire naturalization process.
