Program Coordinator Position
The Palestinian American Community Center (PACC) is seeking employment for a Program Coordinator whose main focus will be Quality Control. PACC has grown very quickly and thus the amount of programs we host, as well as the number of participants in each program, has increased. The goal of this position is to make sure that our community programs are evolving in the best way possible and are up to par with our high standards. The Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of our ongoing programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling program activities and ensuring that the programs run smoothly. You will also be responsible for keeping the rest of PACC staff and interns aware of program details and progress. Another main goal of this position is evaluation, which includes but is not limited to evaluating program staff and volunteers, effectiveness of each program, creating and administering quality surveys, and identifying Key Performance Indicators that must be achieved for each program. The Program Coordinator will also work closely with the marketing team to make sure our programs are presented to the public in the most effective manner.

General Responsibilities:
- Establish strong communication with the parents, participants and staff of our programs. You will be the face of PACC to many.
- Work with our marketing team to provide direction about marketing our programs and highlighting our programs for the community and public.
- Update PACC database regularly with new program registrants and members.
- Be present during our programs and ensure they are running effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure all needs of program staff, participants and parents are met throughout the programs for everything to run as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
- Recruit and supervise volunteers for programs.
- Evaluate programs as a whole through surveys and focus groups throughout the duration of our programs to make sure that our programs are achieving intended outcomes and our participants are satisfied with our programming.
- Listen to the community and suggest and implement new programs or changes to our current programs
- Identify community members that can join our various programs as staff.
- Establish Key Performance indicators for each of the programs and find effective ways to measure them. Create Reports based on the findings of the evaluations and Key performance indicators.
- Create and maintain a calendar that includes date and deadlines for the program outlining the beginning of advertising, registration, teacher recruitment and planning.
- Consistently update and create policies and procedures surrounding the improvement or streamlining of a program.
- Manage the shared Calendar of programs at PACC by making sure the calendar is up to date with all programs and appropriate details.
- Work with our legal advisors to issue appropriate contracts and waivers for our programs and program partners.
- Work with ED and office manage on grant management for grant funded programs
- Update the PACC website with information requested from the staff and create registration documents for our events and programs.
- Work with the Office Manager to track registration and payments for programs.
- Wear multiple hats when needed and help with general PACC events, office maintenance and general collective responsibilities.
- Participate in meetings as expected/needed with the rest of the staff and be able to work well in a team and foster spaces of cooperative problem solving.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and meet all deadlines consistently.
