There is no substitute for hearing from Palestinians about their struggle for liberation.

This is a great course for those wanting to learn more about Palestine - it covers many topics that are important to understanding current events and overviews many important points in the struggle for Palestinian sovereignty. The course was done in an interactive way and it is a safe space to discuss opinions.

My mother and her family left during the Nakba and with all of them passing away when I was young, I never got to learn about the stories that are often passed down. This class provided me with a strong foundation to learn about the history, struggles and resiliency of Palestinians and, for this, I am truly grateful!​

I found PACC's Freedom is the Future course to be a beautiful balance of history, struggle, resilience and culture. The instructors did an incredible job of guiding us through the complexities of the Palestinian struggle through their knowledge, resources and personal experiences. The course exposed me to ideas and histories that I was totally unaware of that challenged my own beliefs and knowledge. This course was a really important resource in my life-long commitment to justice for all. Free Free Palestine!​

Everyone should take this course. Especially those living in the Diaspora. It should be mandatory for American Palestinians. Anyone who is curious should experience the palate this class has to offer.​

This course could be helpful to so many more people as so many of us are fairly ignorant about Palestine and fall into the mainstream lies we are overexposed to in the media.​

This class has been so amazing! I learned so much and had the opportunity to connect with others who believe in a free Palestine. I feel less alone and more confident now about speaking up for Palestinians.​

This was a great experience. Going into it, I had no idea what to expect, from class 1 and all throughout, everyone was so open and welcoming, that I immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the space from my first few minutes participating. As an activist I thought I knew a lot, but this class really expanded my knowledge of Palestine and the Palestinian people. I have a much more full and complete picture of Palestine now. And I feel much more well-armed if I do have to debate or argue with someone who supports Zionism or Israel. I also feel more equipped as an activist to fight against the repression that has been increased against us on the issue of Palestine. Also I feel hopeful about the ultimate victory of the Palestinian people, it is just and inevitable. Thank you for offering this course! The genocide has been depressing and given that many people are progressive except for Palestine, it felt lonely. This was such a good space to be in at this time. THANK YOU!
