When and where is Palestine Day on Palestine Way?

The 5th Annual Palestine Day on Palestine Way takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 1 pm to 7 pm on Palestine Way between Gould Ave and Dey Street in Paterson, NJ. The rain date is Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have reserved parking lots at the following addresses: 

1. St. George's Church (4 mins walk, available after 2 pm) 408 Getty Ave. Corner of Getty Ave and Michigan Ave
2. Chase Bank Parking Lot (5 mins walk, behind the Bank) 1117 Main St #19, Paterson, NJ 07503
3. PNC Bank (6 mins walk) 1152 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07503
4. Board of Education (7 mins walk) 90 Delaware Ave, Paterson, NJ 07503

We do encourage carpooling where possible! Please be courteous. Do not block any cars and be respectful of the parking lots. Thank you to all those who have donated their parking lots! ​

Is the event free to attend? 

Yes! Palestine Day on Palestine Way is free and open to everyone.

Is this event family-friendly?

 Absolutely. The event is designed for all ages and features food, activities, and educational opportunities for the whole family.

How can my child participate in the flag-waving ceremony? ​

Kids can sign up to wave flags in the ceremony using the registration link on our website.

What time do I have to be there to participate in the flag-waving ceremony? ​

You have to be there by 1 pm EST and meet at the corner of Michigan Ave and Main Ave at Velero Gas Station. ​

How can I get involved as a volunteer?

We'd love your help! Fill out the volunteer sign-up form on our website, and a PACC team member will be in touch.

I'm a vendor. How do I apply for a booth? ​

At this time, we no longer have any open spots! 

How can my organization or business become a sponsor? ​

At this time, our sponsorship opportunities are closed.

Who organizes Palestine Day on Palestine Way?

The event is organized by the Palestinian American Community Center (PACC), based at 388 Lakeview Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011.

What if it rains?

 If the event needs to be postponed due to weather, it will be held on the rain date: Sunday, May 31, 2026. Follow PACC on social media or check paccusa.org for any updates.
